Dispatch times

All items are handmade to order by me, Becky, in my flat in South London. It takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks for me to make up your items before they are posted out, however this does change during busier and quieter times so feel free to message me for updates.

Shipping costs

Once posted allow 2-5 days UK shipping and 5-14 days for international shipping.

International  - between £8 - £15

FREE International shipping - On orders over £200

International Shipping

A bound edge ships internationally with fully insured, tracked, and signed delivery, via Royal Mail. 

You will be sent your tracking number to the contact details you leave when you checkout, this may be your email or contact number.

Depending on which country you're in, you may be asked to pay for customs, taxes or import duties, which unfortunately must be covered by you.
Please have a look at your government guidelines on how much your custom/import fee may be before you place an order.

Returns

All items are handmade to order specifically for you, so no returns are accepted on the clothing, unless they are faulty or the wrong item.

Due to items being non-refundable, please check the measurements clearly of all items before you buy them. It is a good idea to compare them to items of clothing you already own to see if they will fit. You can also add your own measurements in when you buy, to make sure your item will fit you perfectly when it arrives. 

Please follow care instructions when washing clothes (on inside care label) as returns will not be accepted if you have washed them wrong.
